  • -          a notice of commencement of business as a registered fund management company.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore will take into account the following before releasing the license:

  • -          the Singapore company’s track record and expertise,
  • -          the minimum financial requirements to be fulfilled,
  • -          the Singapore company’s corporate governance regulations,
  • -          the company’s business plan.
